WHAT WE DO
COACHING
If you’re ready to take your learning to pro level and give your skills that extra boost, it’s time for the next step: our coaching programs. Our PGA trained team will help you develop your skills from your current level and help you improve by providing assessment and practice drills designed to meet your specific needs.
Long game and short game sessions take place either in our swing studio, on our fine practice ground or on our short game area. Putting is coached either on our indoor tour spec green or our extensive outdoor putting green. The use of SAM (Science And Motion) Putt Lab technology is available for all putting sessions. On course lessons take place on our beautiful course at Stackstown, these include tactical evaluations, course management and mental routines.
Operation 36 is a long term Junior programme from the ages of 5-18. It has six levels creating a pathway to improvement. Michael Allan has introduced OP36 to Ireland this year and is working with a network of golf coaches from the USA to Europe to push Junior coaching forward.

CUSTOM FITTING
We have transformed the typical club fitting experience into a personalised, science based craft. After the fitting session, we will proceed by ordering the components, club heads, shafts & grips to begin the build process in our state-of-the-art workshop.
To establish a benchmark of a client’s current clubs, Michael Kavanagh uses Trackman 4 launch monitor to measure spin rates, launch angles, total carry, total distance, shot dispersion & more. To identify the correct shafts, Michael will use the MaxOut shaft loading system, as used by some of the top club fitters in the world. Pure Golf Stackstown is the only facility in Ireland to use this system.
Our services include driver & fairway wood custom fitting, hybrid fitting, iron & wedge fitting, putter fitting & golf ball fitting, Trackman club gapping, wedge grinding, loft & lie adjustment, club regripping. Our swing studio is also available for individual practice sessions & also for groups of up to four to play a round of golf on one of the numerous famous course on our Trackman 4 simulator.
